Four cars, over 60,000 kilometres covered, and dozens of photos and videos reaching millions of people. That is the impressive record of collaboration between Jiří Mičánek Jr. and SAMOHÝL MB, recently recognised as the best Mercedes-Benz dealer in the Czech Republic. The team manager, Jiří Mičánek, has now extended his annual contract with the Zlín-based dealership, led by Martin Samohýl.
In just one year, four top-of-the-line Mercedes models have passed through Jiří Mičánek’s hands – the GT63S coupe, the luxury S-Class limousine, and most recently a pair of ultra-fast GLE SUV coupes in 53 and 63 S specifications. On top of these, there’s the exceptional AMG GT Black Series, which the team manager of Mičánek Motorsport powered by Buggyra also tested on the circuit between his team’s racing programmes.
„Říct, které z těch aut bylo nejlepší? To jde těžko, každé z nich mělo něco do sebe. GT63S je nejrychlejší sedan na světě, S-klasse je neuvěřitelně pohodlná a se současným GLE AMG se mi skvěle jezdí teď v zimě, takže se s ním nebojím i na sníh. Poslední dva týdny jsme strávili v Rakousku na škole smyku s našimi klienty a partnery, a i díky GLE jsem si to tam skvěle užil,“ pochvaluje si vozy ze SAMOHÝL MB Jiří Mičánek.
Martin Samohýl also praises the collaboration: “Jirka is a prominent figure in both motorsport and business, fitting perfectly with our brand concept, so this partnership makes perfect sense. Which cars will the SAMOHÝL MB brand ambassador be behind the wheel of in 2024? “I’ll leave it as a surprise, but I’m happy for Martin Samohýl to mix it up again. Something very fast, something extremely comfortable, and perhaps another SUV coupe,” Jiří Mičánek sends his message to Zlín.
The management at SAMOHÝL MB is keeping things a little more under wraps. “Of course, we know what Jirka likes and we always try to provide him with the most powerful and luxurious new models. What it will be this year is still in the planning stage,” says Petr Procházka, director of the Zlín dealership, which was recently awarded the title of the best Mercedes-Benz dealer in the Czech Republic.
