The Lamborghini Huracán ST EVO 2, in which Broněk Formánek and Štefan Rosina won the European championship this year in the prestigious Lamborghini Super Trofeo Europe series, can be viewed by visitors at the Olympia Brno shopping center until Friday, December 20. The champion car will be displayed alongside a showcar in EVO specification.
„We decided that this year we would show Olympia visitors the actual car that won the European title. This is a significant achievement for Czech circuit motorsport, and it’s one way to highlight it. At the same time, it’s a thank-you to the fans who follow and support us but haven’t had the chance to see us at a race,” explains Jiří Mičánek Jr., team manager of Mičánek Motorsport powered by Buggyra. He led his team to the title after six years competing in the fastest cup championship.
„We basically left the car in the same condition as when it finished the final race of the season at the World Final in Jerez. For fans, it might be a surprising sight to see just how many marks a car can pick up over a single weekend,” invites Jiří Mičánek.
Next to the championship-winning EVO 2 car, a second Huracán was parked. For the very first time, fans of the team can see the current car alongside the EVO-spec car that raced in Lamborghini Super Trofeo until the end of the 2021 season. At first glance, the cars differ in their lights and some aerodynamic features. “It’s up to the visitors to try and spot all the differences. I’ll be happy if they share their photos and videos on our team Instagram profile,” says Jiří Mičánek with a smile.
