Bronislav Formánek is a Czech racing driver, currently competing in the Lamborghini Super Trofeo Europe alongside Josef Záruba. He has spent the majority of his career with Mičánek Motorsport – previously racing under the team’s colours in the Central European Zone Championship with the Lamborghini Gallardo Super Trofeo. Under the guidance of Jiří Mičánek Jr., he has also competed in Formula Renault 2.0 and the Radical SR3, securing victories with the latter as early as 2013.
He began his motorsport journey at a young age in karting, competing alongside Josef Záruba, who would later become his teammate in the Radical European Masters and the European R-Cup. The duo remains racing partners to this day. Later, with Mičánek Motorsport, they jointly claimed the endurance racing championship behind the wheel of the Lamborghini Gallardo Super Trofeo.
Bronislav Formánek and his team aim to compete for podium finishes in the prestigious Pro-AM class with the Lamborghini Huracán Super Trofeo EVO. In 2021, alongside Záruba, they secured third place overall in their class and celebrated their first race victory. Formánek followed up with another third-place finish in 2022, and in 2023 he reached the podium twice.
