Josef Záruba, a Czech racing driver and multiple national champion, represented his country
internationally. Competing with Mičánek Motorsport powered by Buggyra, Záruba raced the
Lamborghini Huracán Super Trofeo Evo and has experience in the Formula Renault 2.0 NEC
series. In 2021, Záruba and Formánek finished third overall in the PRO-AM category of the
Lamborghini Super Trofeo Europe series. In the 2023 season, he served as a coach for the
junior program of Mičánek Motorsport powered by Buggyra. In 2024 and 2025, Záruba
partnered with Jakub Knoll to win the Czech Endurance Championship. Additionally, he
worked as chief engineer for the Formánek-Rosina pairing. In 2026, he will try to achieve the
third consecutive Czech Endurance Championship title with Jakub Knoll.
